At present, the center is mainly engaged in the pre-employment training of expatriate labor, high-end labor skills training and special foreign language training, and the further study of laborers after returning to China. 

The company has built an internationally advanced comprehensive training center for overseas employment in Jinan according to international standards. The total investment scale is more than 80 million yuan, covering an area of 76,000 square meters and a total construction area of 23,000 square meters. The center consists of a comprehensive service building, a teaching building, a student apartment building, a technical internship workshop, etc. It can undertake training for more than 1,000 people at a time. It is currently one of the largest outreach labor training centers in Shandong Province.
